All companies within the group are 100% Czech businesses that focus on housing construction, consisting of A.K.F. a.s. (joint stock company), A.K.F. Development a.s., A.K.F. Investment s.r.o. (limited liability company), and A.K.F. Property s.r.o. Each individual housing development is entirely in charge of only one company, which enables to focus on meeting all requirements of individual customers.
A.K.F. housing developments are of high-perfection performance with emphasis on individual approach to particular clients and their requirements. They are characterized by a unique architectural elaboration, friendliness to environment, and application of verified, high-quality technologies using traditional materials. The autonomous company A.K.F. Správa nemovitostí s.r.o. deals with property management and provides not only the administration of buildings constructed by A.K.F. companies, but also the administration of properties that are beyond the companies´ own investment activities.
